I do know John was an editor of a paper in Harrligen TX for many years. He recently moved to the Houston TX where I believe he was a sports reporter & also did special interest stories until he became too ill to work. He loved reporting about sports which I'm sure relates back to his football days at Start High where he was a star football player. He has battled cancer for at least the past 2 years & went through hell. No one should have to endure what he did. It's a blessing he suffers no longer. He was in the military & I think he will be laid to rest in a military cemetery in Harrligen.
